About ELN
Since its inception, convening established leaders from business, government, and non-profit sectors has been central to the work of Toronto City Summit Alliance (TCSA). The demonstrated value of region residents being highly engaged in advancing an active agenda is undeniable and their collective efforts have produced astounding results. In an effort to expand this group of leaders, the TCSA has launched the Emerging Leaders Network (ELN).

Launched in March 2006, the ELN is a group of Torontonians whose energy, insights and leadership enable them to benefit from and contribute to the project that is Toronto. Drawn from across the GTA, these are individuals who, in their own organizations, projects or communities, are becoming known as City Builders: people who mobilize action, laying the social groundwork for the city of tomorrow. Part forum, part vehicle for active collaboration and part community, the ELN aims to offer exposure to the ideas, passions, skills, challenges and connections of a group of like-minded, but very diverse peers characterized by the impetus to help Toronto succeed.
