7:00 p.m. Presentation: Three Cities or One? Dr David Hulchanski Three Cities or One? Income &
ethno-cultural polarization in Toronto, and what we can do about
it.
Biography Dr. Hulchanski’s teaching and research focuses on housing
policy and related urban social and economic issues, including
poverty, the relationship between health and housing, discrimination
in housing markets, social housing programs, and homelessness.
- Director, Centre for Urban and Community Studies, University of
Toronto;
- Professor, Housing and Community Development, Faculty of Social Work
- Endowed Chair: Dr. Chow Yee Ching Chair in Housing, University of
Toronto.
